Our Story

Fighting Hunger Since 1974.
With No Exceptions.

Hunger Task Force is Milwaukee's food bank. We believe every person in our community deserves access to nutritious food — and we've built the logistics infrastructure to make that a daily reality for 50,000+ residents.

Our Mission

To fight hunger in Milwaukee County by providing and protecting a reliable source of nutritious food for people facing poverty.

Our Values

We believe in dignity, equity, and efficiency. No politics, no qualification barriers — just food reaching people who need it.

Our Model

We rescue surplus food, grow fresh produce, and operate our own logistics network — eliminating the middlemen that slow impact.
